1. General

This Buyer Store Policy applies to all buyers accessing and purchasing products on the marketplace within India. By using the platform, buyers agree to be bound by the terms stated herein. The platform acts solely as a marketplace facilitator between buyers and independent sellers and does not manufacture or own products unless explicitly stated.

2. Buyer Eligibility

Buyers must be legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable Indian laws. By placing an order, buyers confirm that all information provided, including contact and delivery details, is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided by sellers. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or display limitations.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Invoicing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), as clearly mentioned on the product page. Valid tax invoices will be issued in accordance with Indian tax laws.

5. Payment Methods

Buyers may use RBI-approved payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD availability depends on product category, order value, and delivery location.

• Buyers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery using cash or approved digital modes.

• Partial payments are not permitted for COD orders.

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or permanent disabling of COD for the buyer account.

• COD orders may require OTP or phone verification prior to shipment.

7. Order Confirmation

Upon order placement, buyers will receive confirmation via email or SMS. Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment if the product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, buyers will be notified and eligible refunds will be initiated.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen events. The marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

9. Order Tracking

Buyers may track orders through the “My Orders” section. Tracking updates are based on information provided by courier partners.

10. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are permitted before shipment, subject to product-specific cancellation rules. Once shipped, cancellations may not be allowed. Eligible refunds will be processed as per the refund policy.

11. Returns Policy

Return eligibility varies by product category and is displayed on the respective product page. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, unless otherwise specified.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated after inspection and approval of returned products. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or platform wallet. Timelines may vary depending on banks or payment service providers.

13. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests apply only to eligible products in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items and must be raised within the specified replacement window.

14. Consumer Rights

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations. Buyers retain all rights available under Indian consumer protection laws.

15. Reviews & Feedback

Buyers may submit honest and factual reviews. Reviews containing abusive, misleading, promotional, or inappropriate content may be removed at the platform’s discretion.

16. Buyer Conduct & Fair Usage

Buyers must not misuse return, refund, COD, or promotional benefits. Fraudulent activities, excessive returns, or abuse of policies may lead to account suspension or restrictions.

17. Limitation of Liability

The marketplace shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from transactions conducted on the platform. Liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.

18. Policy Updates

The marketplace reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

19. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and applicable e-commerce laws, the platform has appointed a Grievance Officer.
